Thomas J. Cox, Jr., President

Tom Cox has seven years experience in marketing self insured and fully insured products.  He has worked as both an independent agent and carrier representative.  Prior to forming SRC, Tom held the position of Director of Marketing for S&S HealthCare Strategies, where he was responsible for the marketing of TPA services and excess loss insurance throughout the United States.  Tom currently holds his Life and Accident & Health licenses in Ohio, Indiana, New York, and Kentucky.  He is also a member in good standing of the Greater Cincinnati Association of Health Underwriters.

Mr. Cox is currently involved in working with self insured organizations and their brokers/consultants to provide TPA services through S&S and to place their excess loss insurance.

Mr. Cox has a B.S. in Health with a concentration in healthcare management from Ohio University.

Keith Riggsby, Vice President

15 years of Keith's 22-year business career have been spent in healthcare sales, marketing, managed care and cost management.  He has served as Vice President of a national third party administrator, Director of a national home healthcare network, and operated his own independent agency, Benefit Designs, which was merged with SRC in April of 2000.

Currently, Keith works with employers to develop comprehensive employee benefit packages.  He also works with other agents to promote products offered by carriers who SRC has General Agency Agreements with.

Keith has a bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.  He is a supporter of healthcare organizations that include the Society of Professional Benefit Administrators, the International Foundation of Employee Benefits, GHAA and AMSEE.  Mr. Riggsby is licensed by the state of Ohio in Health, Accident and Life.

Richard D. Rostowsky, Principal

Richard Rostowsky is a co-founder of International Managed Care Strategies, Inc. (IMCS) and serves as its President.  He is also a partner in S&S HealthCare Strategies.  Mr. Rostowsky has more than 18 years of experience in healthcare administration, development and consulting.  Mr. Rostowsky was involved in the licensing of one of the first federally funded HMO's in the United States.

His experience includes the development from inception of HealthChoice of Connecticut, a statewide Preferred Provider Organization, and served as President of HealthChoice.  He has developed strategic plans for numerous PHOs and has been extensively involved in financial projections and budget management.  Mr. Rostowsky is currently involved in development of HMO, Medicaid and small group products.

Gail L. Schweitzer, Principal

Gail L. Schweitzer is the President/CEO of S&S HealthCare Strategies, Ltd. a Cincinnati based third party administrator.  Ms. Schweitzer has 16 years experience in the healthcare industry.

Ms. Schweitzer also serves as the Vice President of International Managed Care Strategies.  In this capacity she has assisted in the Independent Physicians Association (IPA) development.  In this capacity, she has dealt with both fee-for-service and capitated plans.  Ms. Schweitzer's experience also includes PPO and PHO development and management of physician organizations.  Ms. Schweitzer has represented multi-specialty groups in contract negotiations with third party payers.  The success of such negotiations has resulted in the strong financial viability of the physician organizations represented.
