Strategic Benefit Planning
Before we can advise and counsel you as a client, we must fully understand the needs and philosophy of your firm.  This will be accomplished through various meetings with your management team and if appropriate, your employees or union delegates.  Once we have a thorough understanding for your overall corporate culture regarding benefit levels and cost parameters, we will:

  • Conduct an extensive review of all relevant plan documents and materials relating to your current employee benefits program

  • Make sure they are consistent with your objectives

  • Work with you to develop a joint strategy and action plan to achieve those objectives

Market Evaluation and Selection

SRC Benefits will market your various group insurance programs as the need arises to insure your plan is cost effective and meets the needs of your employees.  We will:

  • Collect and organize data

  • Design and assemble a complete request for proposals

  • Distribute requests to selected markets

  • Analyze proposals remitted

  • Analyze managed care networks for compatibility

  • Review network discount arrangements

  • Prepare and present recommendations to management

  • Return to appropriate companies for clarification and final negotiation

  • Maintain objectivity throughout the marketing process

Plan Design Review and Recommendations

SRC Benefits will be instrumental in customizing your organization's plan of benefits by:

  • Suggesting cost effective recommendations regarding plan design issues

  • Examining plan document drafts for accuracy

  • Assisting in plan amendments

  • Making sure the plan maximizes steerage toward network discount programs
